We do this by carefully selecting the highest quality cow cheese, goat cheese and sheep cheese from each country that we import from. Some of the cheese we carry may seem odd or exotic, or you may be unsure of trying a "stinky cheese", but please remember that cheese is a delight to the senses. We also carry Mascarpone, which is an ingredient in tiramisu, Peppadews, Organic olives and many other imported condiments that comliment our cheeses. Our gift baskets and cheese boards provide an easy way to say thank you to someone special. We also provide corporate gift plans. We are proud to carry many Organic products in our store and we are constantly looking to find new and interesting items. We carry several Organic cheeses (yes they really do exist!) in stock and we will be adding new Organic artisanal cheeses and condiments as they become available.

In an effort to help our environment we have been using biodegradable containers and packing materials whenever possible. Most of these products are corn starch based so they break down quickly and safely. However, we ask you to please do your part and recycle.
